Returns & Exchanges Policy

We do not accept any returns or refunds.

We do accept exchange within 28 days after we issue the initial receipt to you. Please notify us when you would like to exchange your item by emailing us at: sales@thrive-active.com

Items returned for exchange must be in their original condition. This includes the packaging. The items must not be worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way. The hangtag must not be cut off. We will not accept exchange if the items is not in their original condition.  

All items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return well to prevent any damage to the items.

Generally you will need to pay for the exchange when you ship it back to our warehouse, however the shipping cost for the replacement items will be free of charge.

We do not accept COD’s or packages marked “Bill Recipient”. Please keep the receipt or tracking number of your returned package in the event it is delayed or lost in transit. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed in transit on the way back to us.

We will send you an email confirmation once we have received your items and inspected it. We will email you again when we have sent the replacement items.

Sale items are not exchangeable.
