In-person bootcamps aren’t for everyone and we completely understand that. That’s why we have an online personal training program. It’s everything you’d get in person with us, from meal plans to workout plans, you just get to do it on your own terms.

Maybe you live outside of the province or you already have a gym membership in a gym you love, or you like working out from home. Whatever the scenario is, we adjust to your needs. And don’t forget about the power of accountability – you aren’t in this alone. We are always just a quick message away.

Here are a few benefits to online training with Thrive Active

1. Everything is fully customized to YOUR needs

We tailor each program to your unique needs. From your fitness level and gym equipment (or lack thereof), to your body type, food preferences, or any other restrictions or personal tastes.

We use an extensive questionnaire to gather the necessary information to create a customized program to help you reach your goals.

2. Finally a meal plan you’ll actually enjoy

We promise you a meal plan that doesn’t feel like a meal plan. We take everything into consideration when we customize your plan. We provide a variety of options for meals and snacks. They’re always flavourful and never boring. We offer a variety of meal choices to keep things interesting.

After each phase, we check in with you to see how you enjoyed the last round of meals. If you weren’t happy with anything, we’ll adjust accordingly. In an average starting phase meal plan, you will get around 25 options based on your specific food preferences and goals.

The meal plan includes:

  • 4-5 Breakfast Options

  • 4-5 Lunch Options

  • 4-5 Dinner Options

  • 3-4 Snack Options split into 2-3/day

3. We’ll keep you accountable

We love check ins. Sharing your progress with friends and family Is great, but having a dedicated person who is as invested in your fitness journey as you are makes a huge difference. We want to make sure you are enjoying your meals and workouts, of course, but checking in also allows us to gauge how your body is responding to each phase.

We use the check-in reports to inform your next phase, so we can adjust as needed to ensure for the best results possible.

4. Meet your new favourite app

The Thrive Active app acts as our connection to you for your workouts! It’s an incredible resource for you throughout the phases. Some of the features include:

  • Video and written explanations

  • Workout tracking

  • Form corrections and help

  • Habit tracking

  • Progress photos and measurements

5. We work in phases

Each phase of your online training program is 4 weeks long. We’ve noticed that 4 weeks is just the right amount of time to get the most out of each phase. Basically, each phase works like a set of stairs with each one gradually increasing in intensity. As you get fitter, you stay challenged and your body never reaches a plateau. With each phase, you get a new 4-week workout program and a new adjusted meal plan, which includes additional meal options.
