Your coach is going to start by leading the whole group through a warmup. Get your heart rate up, get that blood flowing, get those muscles movin. Thrive style.
Coach Demo
Youβre warm, your heart is pumping, your blood is flowin -- and now your coach is going to explain the workout to you.
Every workout is different, and we are constantly adding new things to the mix, so every workout gets explained and demonstrated fully. Rookies and veterans ALL have to listen up!
Donβt worry, we know this is A LOT of information at once, your coach and the other Thrivers will be there to jog your memory, and help you out along the way.
Crush the workout
Your coach will tell you to pick a station to start at, thenβ¦.. 3, 2, 1 -- LETβS DO IT!
The music gets pumping, the coach starts their timer and the workout is ON! Your coach will yell cues on when to switch, move to the next station, and take breaks all throughout the workout.
Remember -- try your best, sweat it out, have so much fun, and let out a solid βWhoop!β if youβre feeling fantastic!
