What you’ll need

Indoor Running Shoes. GYM CLOTHES. WATER BOTTLE. SWEAT TOWEL.

 
 
 
 

WHEN YOU ARRIVE

Arrive 10 minutes before your class is scheduled to begin so we can check you in, give you a tour, and meet your Coach.

Pop all your belongings into a locker and head into the gym with your water bottle and sweat towel. 

Find a spot somewhere on the gym floor (any spot that looks open will do!) 

 
 

CLASS TIME

Warm Up 

Your coach is going to start by leading the whole group through a warmup. Get your heart rate up, get that blood flowing, get those muscles movin. Thrive style.

Coach Demo 

You’re warm, your heart is pumping, your blood is flowin -- and now your coach is going to explain the workout to you. 

Every workout is different, and we are constantly adding new things to the mix, so every workout gets explained and demonstrated fully. Rookies and veterans ALL have to listen up!

Don’t worry, we know this is A LOT of information at once, your coach and the other Thrivers will be there to jog your memory, and help you out along the way. 

Crush the workout 

Your coach will tell you to pick a station to start at, then….. 3, 2, 1 -- LET’S DO IT!

The music gets pumping, the coach starts their timer and the workout is ON! Your coach will yell cues on when to switch, move to the next station, and take breaks all throughout the workout. 

Remember -- try your best, sweat it out, have so much fun, and let out a solid “Whoop!” if you’re feeling fantastic!

At the end of the workout, it’s time to bask, celebrate, re-hydrate, and cheer that you just crushed your first Thrive Bootcamp! We are so damn proud of you.
