THE FIRST VISIT

Purchase a pass or grab One Week of Unlimited Classes for $25

SHOW UP EARLY
Arrive 15 minutes before your first session. We’ll give you a tour of the gym, introduce you to your coach, and make sure you're ready to go.

3.

WHAT TO BRING
Bring a water bottle, sweat towel and a pair of clean indoor shoes to change into. We keep the turf elite, so please no outdoor shoes on the floor.

THE ESSENTIALS

  • GYM WEAR: breathable gym clothes, a water bottle, sweat towel and indoor shoes

  • HYDRATION: We have filtered water stations on-site. Bring your favorite bottle.

  • AN OPEN MIND: Leave the "gym-timidation" at the door. Every movement at Thrive is scalable, and our community is here to support your progress.

  • No. Whether it’s your first day or you’ve been training for years, our coaches are there to ensure every movement is scaled to your current level.
