New here? Don’t sweat it. Our coaches meet you where you are, ensuring every move is safe, effective, and right for your level.

No two days are the same, but the standard remains. Our signature 45-minute sessions blend smart programming, expert coaching, and intentional energy. This isn’t just about showing up, it’s about unplugging from the noise and putting in work that actually moves you forward.

THE SESSIONS

LOWER BODY

This is all about your legs and core. Some days we slow it down for heavy lifting; other days we turn up the tempo with strength circuits that keep you moving. Whatever the format, our coaches ensure your form is perfect as you master the moves that build a powerful foundation.

  • The Focus: Leg strength, glutes, and core control.

  • The Vibe: Challenging and varied. You’ll never do the same workout twice.

  • The Goal: To build a lower body that can handle anything life throws at it.

UPPER BODY

We target your back, shoulders, arms and core to help you stand taller and move better. From heavy lifting stations to fast-paced upper-body circuits, we use every tool in the gym to build functional power and fix the "daily slouch."

  • The Focus: Pushing, pulling, and posture.

  • The Vibe: Technical but high-energy. It’s about feeling capable and strong.

The Goal: To walk out feeling three inches taller and mentally dialled in.

CONDITIONING

This is your "go" button. We use the whole gym – the ramp, the stairs, the bikes, the turf, you name it… all for athletic intervals. Since you go at your own pace, it’s as intense as you want it to be. We provide the plan; you bring the heart.

  • The Focus: Fast movement, heart power, core and agility.

  • The Vibe: Upbeat and athletic. The music is loud and the energy is contagious.

  • The Goal: A natural energy high that sustains you through your entire day.

FULL BODY

The ultimate mix. We blend our strength work with bursts of movement and cardio. One day it might be a station-to-station circuit; the next might be a more rep based grind. It’s the most efficient way to hit every muscle group in 45 minutes.

  • The Focus: Total-body strength and metabolic "burn."

  • The Vibe: Dynamic and versatile. The 45 minutes will fly by.

  • The Goal: To be a well-rounded athlete who is ready for any adventure.

THRIROX

Our "Team" session inspired by the world of fitness racing. You’ll work with others to tackle stations like sled pushes on the turf or ramp climbs. It’s a high-energy environment where the person next to you keeps you going. Strangers become friends here.

  • The Focus: Strength-endurance, cardio, and grit.

  • The Vibe: Electric and unified. We start together, we finish together.

  • The Goal: To find your "extra gear" and celebrate the win with your crew.
