SCHEDULING A CLASS

Do I need to create an account?

Yes you do. It’s super quick and it only takes a minute.

When do classes become available to book online?

A weekly schedule goes live every Thursday at noon -- unless you’re a VIP member. VIP members get early access to the weekly schedule, and can start booking in on Wednesday’s at noon.

Do you have membership or class passes options?

Absolutely. We have VIP memberships (auto-renew memberships), single month memberships, class passes and drop-in options.

How do the waitlists work?

No stress. If the class you want to attend is booked up, you can add yourself to the waitlist and we’ll send you an email if a spot opens up. We automatically add waitlist members into the class up to 1 hour prior to the class start time. If a spot opens up with less than 1 hour prior to class, you can book yourself directly in. You have to have a credit in your account to add yourself to the waitlist but if you don’t get in the credit will be put back into your account. Treat waitlists as if you’re booked in for the class. If you know you can no longer make it, remove yourself. If you get added into the class with less than 12 hours prior to the class start time and cancel, you will be hit with a cancellation fee.

Something came up, can I cancel?

If you can no longer make it to your class make sure you cancel at least 12 hours before it starts. Unlimited members, bootcamp challengers and intro packs will forfeit the class and be charged $10 for late cancellations and all other passes/memberships will lose the class credit. Click the class and tap “cancel reservation”. If you would like to attempt a same day switch, which is permitted without losing a credit (subject to availability), please email us at info@thrive-active.com. If you do not show for the class, or if you attempt to cancel online 12 hours or less before the class start time, you will be charged for that reservation.

What is the best way to sign up for classes?

Signing up for classes is quick and painless! Make sure you create an account, purchase a credit, and then go to our schedule, and make your reservation - boom, you’re in! The easiest way to do this by downloading our Thrive Active 2.0 app, or doing it right on our website.

BEFORE A CLASS

When should I arrive?

We open the doors up 10 minutes prior to each class. If it’s your first class, make sure you come right at the 10 minute prior to the class start time, so we can show you around and without feeling rushed.

What do I do when I get to the eco-gym?

A Support Team member will be ready to greet you and check you in (plus show you around if you’re new)!

What happens if I am running late?

If you’re running late, please call the eco-gym so we know you’re still coming. If a standby member is waiting to get into the class and you’re not here by the start of the class (and we don’t know you’re on your way!) your spot will be forfeited. If you arrive and demonstrations for the workout have started, for safety reasons and respect to the other members of the class we cannot let you in.

CHALLENGE NOURISH COMPONENT

What is the reset meal plan like?

The focus on the reset is to get your body optimally functioning for the next 8-12 weeks by eating tons of nutrient dense whole foods through delicious and easy recipes.

How many options are on a typical meal plan?

Loads of options! A typical meal plan will have 25-30 different options for you to choose from broken down into 3 main meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and 2-3 snacks.

Are the meals easy and simple to make?

Yes! We always try to keep ingredients used in recipes easy to find at any grocery store and the focus here is on simple (while staying super delicious).

Do the mean plans change every challenge or stay the same?

We love keeping it fresh, so there is always a new meal plan with every challenge. This way, repeat challengers are always getting new things to add to their personal bank of Thrive recipes.

I have dietary restrictions, will the meal plan be able to accommodate?

Of course! Vegan, vegetarian, paleo, dairy, celiac, seafood -- you name it -- we got you covered.

Do you have a sample meal plan I can see?

All of our meal plans are customized to goals, so we do not give out sample plans. However, check out our blog or instagram to see sample recipes.

CHALLENGE SWEAT COMPONENT

Yes, you got this! All of our classes are designed to be beginner friendly.

What is an example skills workshop?

Form is major and we get pumped hosting workshops to focus on specific skills. An example skills workshop would be perfecting squats, barbell squats, deadlifts and how to increase your weight with these lifts.

Are there specific days/times to schedule in for the fitness testing, photos, and Fit3D body scans?

For the Act-Lete testing and photos, yes! The dates will be set out for you in the success book (or we will let you know in the Facebook group). For the Fit3D body scans, we have appointments available for those every day.
