We release sessions on a weekly cycle to keep the energy high and the spots fair.
Members: Access goes live every Wednesday at Noon for the following week.
Non-Members: Access opens every Thursday at Noon.

All sessions are managed through the Thrive Active 2.0 App (available on Apple and Google Play) or our online portal. Simply create an account, purchase your pass or membership, and reserve your spot.

If a class is full, add yourself to the waitlist. Our system automatically moves you into the class as spots open up, right up until one hour before the start time. You’ll be notified via app/email. Treat a waitlist spot like a booking—if you can’t make it, remove yourself!

Yes. All of our classes are beginner-friendly. Our coaches are experts at providing modifications so you can move at your own pace while still being challenged. Show up, we got you!

We offer two main ways to train at Thrive:
Class Passes: Perfect for those with an unpredictable schedule. Buy them in packs of 1, 5, 10, or 20. The more you buy, the more you save.
Monthly Memberships: Best for those training 2+ times per week. These are auto-renewing and offer the lowest "per-class" rate, plus VIP perks like early booking.

The easiest way is through the Thrive Active 2.0 App. Go to the "Store" or "Buy" tab to see all current pricing for passes and memberships. You can also purchase directly on our website under the [BUY] link.
BOOKING & CLASSES

We operate with a 12-hour cancellation window.
Early Cancel: If you cancel more than 12 hours before, your credit returns to your account.
Late Cancel/No-Show: Cancellations within the 12-hour window result in a lost credit. Unlimited members are subject to a $10.00 fee for no-shows or late cancellations.

We open our doors 15 minutes before a workout. If you are running late, please call the gym. To protect the focus of the session and the safety of the group, we cannot allow entry once demonstrations have started. If you aren't here by the start of class and we haven't heard from you, your spot may be given to a standby member.

Indoor Runners, breathable workout gear, a water bottle and a sweat towel. You can leave the rest of your belongings in one of our lockers

We have loads of free parking directly in front of our facility.

Yes. We have a private shower stocked with premium bath and body products. Just bring your own towel.

To cancel an auto-renew membership, we require 30 days' notice before your next billing date. Just email us to get it started.
