I’m terrible at cooking/don’t know how to cook. Will I be able to complete the challenge?
We’ve heard (and seen) it all- and have made ALL of the recipes incredibly easy to complete with step-by-step instructions and ingredients/shopping lists. You’ll go from microwaving your meals to mastering the art of a one-pan healthy meal in no-time.
I’m already working out regularly- will this challenge be too basic for me?
…definitely not. Just like our workouts, your Challenge is based on YOUR baseline testing. We’ll set goals based on what you can do now, and smash goals along the way. If you keep succeeding, we’ll just raise that bar beyond your wildest dreams until that’s your baseline. (Believe us, we’re up for the challenge).
I’m not sure that I have the time to drive to Thrive. Should I sign up?
Here’s the deal: you’re all the way down here because your goals are important to you, and you’re ready for more. We’ve had Thrivers who live in rural Manitoba drive in for workouts- but if you can’t make it, we have Thrive On-Demand for you to tune in and participate in workouts virtually!
I’m scared about working out in a group setting: I’m recovering from an injury/recently had a baby!
Valid concern, which is why we love that our workouts are completely customizable with options depending on your fitness ability or with any concern for injury. While you’re in a group, we have eyes on you at all times and will pair you with a coach for your first week of workouts.
I’m not sure I have the time this round- when is the next one happening?
We have multiple workouts a day to accommodate any schedule, 7 days a week. And we know you’re tired of feeling plateaued, exhausted, and lacking confidence- and are ready to level up your routine and transform your life. If you’re okay with shifting priorities around a bit, you’ll get 5x that investment back in yourself. Your time is now.
