THE CHALLENGE FRAMEWORK:

FITNESS, NUTRITION, ACCOUNTABILITY + COMMUNITY

FITNESS

Using ACT-LETE testing, we create a personalized fitness assessment to measure your progress from the onset of the Challenge right to the end. During your 12 weeks working out 3x or more a week, you’ll participate in our signature Thrive Coach-Led Bootcamps, Exclusive Challenger Workshops, and explore all of your physical potential and DIAL IN your form to smash personal bests.

NOURISH

Let’s fuel up. Whether you love cooking or have never stepped foot in your kitchen- your customized meal plan is flavour-packed and full of options within the never-feels-like-a-diet framework. With your preferences, allergies, or restrictions in mind; we give you a step-by-step ingredients list with easy recipes so you can integrate your new routine into your life- sustainably, and with food everyone will enjoy. The result: more energy, healthier nutrition, and the perfect fuel to support your fitness goals.

ACCOUNTABILITY

You will have the the ability to understand and track the physical changes in strength, power, speed, agility, stamina, body composition, and measurements as a result of your 12-weeks in the challenge through pre and post challenge Act-Lete fitness testing and multiple Fit3D body scans — the results will blow you away.

NEW to the challenge - Thrive Teams. We will assign you to a team, and then get ready to earn some major Thrive cred as you crush weekly challenges alongside your teammates. This was a massive hit last round, and we can’t wait for you to see why (and what we got up our sleeves for the next challenge).

Bonus: To put the cherry on top, snap some killer workout pics at the end of the challenge to document the newfound confidence and strength that is shining through.

COMMUNITY

You’re never alone. From the Challengers who are sweating alongside you at bootcamps to the online Facebook community, your accountability is supercharged when you have a team of people who are there to support you, cheer you on, and smash goals together.

A newer addition to the challenge is the Accountability One-On-One Coaching Program: a custom coaching experience that gets you the highest-level of accountability and goal progress tracking, designed by PHD Candidate + Thrive Coach Mack and Co-Founder Alex Gilmore. With weekly check-ins, mulitple in-person (or zoom!) meetings and tracking, you’ll see progress every single day - staying motivated with a Coach to guide you through the Challenge. Optional + bonus add-on.

We’ve heard (and seen) it all- and have made ALL of the recipes incredibly easy to complete with step-by-step instructions and ingredients/shopping lists. You’ll go from microwaving your meals to mastering the art of a one-pan healthy meal in no-time.

…definitely not. Just like our workouts, your Challenge is based on YOUR baseline testing. We’ll set goals based on what you can do now, and smash goals along the way. If you keep succeeding, we’ll just raise that bar beyond your wildest dreams until that’s your baseline. (Believe us, we’re up for the challenge).


Here’s the deal: you’re all the way down here because your goals are important to you, and you’re ready for more. We’ve had Thrivers who live in rural Manitoba drive in for workouts- but if you can’t make it, we have Thrive On-Demand for you to tune in and participate in workouts virtually!


Valid concern, which is why we love that our workouts are completely customizable with options depending on your fitness ability or with any concern for injury. While you’re in a group, we have eyes on you at all times and will pair you with a coach for your first week of workouts.


We have multiple workouts a day to accommodate any schedule, 7 days a week. And we know you’re tired of feeling plateaued, exhausted, and lacking confidence- and are ready to level up your routine and transform your life.
