Meal plans you’ll actually love

Meet the meal plan that doesn’t feel like a meal plan. Throughout the phases of your training we provide a wide variety of options for meals and snacks. After each phase, we’ll check in and see how you enjoyed the last round and adjust accordingly. Included in each meal plan are 4-5 breakfast, 4-5 lunch, and 4-5 dinner options + 3-4 snack options split into 2-3/day. In an average starting phase meal plan you’ll get around 25 options based off of your food preferences and goals. Always flavourful, never boring, and plenty of variety to keep things interesting.

 

Meet your new favourite app

The Thrive Active app acts as our connection to you for your workouts. Some of the features include:

Video and written explanations: With all of the exercises on your program, there will be a video directly attached to each exercise so you’ll know exactly how to complete it.

Workout tracking: Keep track of all the weights used for each workout and record any notes. This information is visible to your trainer, so we have insight into how to best tailor the program to your progress and goals.

Form corrections and help: Not sure you’re doing something right? You can take a form video of yourself doing the exercise and it will send right to us where we can give feedback and tips.

Habit tracking: Keep track of how you’re feeling with daily tracking. We recommend you journal every night and can send prompts to help (ex. Did you drink 2-3 L of water today? Did you have a good night's rest? Did you workout? Did you follow your meal plan 90% or greater). This is a great tool to assess your progress, we’ll use it to create a visual graph that helps identify where you're struggling and where you're excelling. 

Progress photos and measurements: Record your measurements and attach progress photos that can be compared side by side.

ACCOUNTABILITY + ADAPTABILITY

Two words: check in. Sharing your progress with friends is great, but having someone who is as invested in your fitness journey as you are makes a huge difference. And it’s not just for you! We want to make sure you are enjoying your meals and workouts, of course, but checking in allows us to gauge how your body is responding to each phase. We use these check-in reports to inform what goes into your next phase, so we can adjust as needed to ensure the best results possible.

 

GOING THROUGH A PHASE

Each phase is 4 weeks long, which we’ve noticed is just the right (and scientifically proven) amount of time to get the most out of each phase. Each phase works like a set of stairs with each one gradually increasing in intensity so as you get fitter, you stay challenged and your body never plateaus. With each phase you get a new 4-week workout program along with your newly adjusted meal plan which includes additional meal options.
