SWEAT OPTION 1

IN THE GYM | BOOTCAMP

Sweat live and in-person for our Thrive Bootcamps. Group workouts with the effective techniques and training we know to be successful. High energy, high intensity, high levels of FUN!

The Bootcamp schedule goes LIVE every Thursday at Noon. Sign up on the Thrive App or through MindBody.

We are taking every safety precaution and using industry-leading sanitation measures to ensure a clean and safe environment for you to CRUSH your workouts in!

Enjoy our Thrive-on-Demand video library so you can complete workouts on-demand, from anywhere, anytime. Thrive-on-Demand workouts will range from 20-45 minutes in length.

Our team has you fill out a questionnaire on all things YOU. Vegan, vegetarian, gluten intolerant, dairy-allergy? Whatever your dietary restrictions, we got you!

week-by-week

Week 1: THE RESET PLAN – a whole foods meal plan filled with nutrient-rich foods that will decrease bloating, aid digestion, reset your body’s food cravings, and increase your energy. But don’t worry, it’s nothing extreme and we won’t have you drinking nothing but juice all day!

Week 2-8: FULL MEAL PROGRAM loaded with new Thrive Active fall recipes

YOUR (MANY) OPTIONS

Included in each meal plan are 4-5 breakfast, 4-5 lunch, and 4-5 dinner options + 3-4 snack options split into 2-3/day.

Thrive’s private Fit3D Body Scanner allows challengers to see:
