A simplified and environmentally-friendly space. The gym might look bare but it’s intentionally designed so there’s nothing you can’t do here. We also have unique equipment that you won't see in other gyms like our hill and ramp. Plus, it’s all people powered so we use less power than the average Canadian household each month.

Using our FIT3D Body Scanner, we create a personalized fitness assessment to measure your progress from the onset of the the program right to the end. 

During your 6 weeks, you’ll enjoy coach-led Bootcamps (3x/week) with tons of training session times to choose from every day.

Our unique and proven workouts are suitable for all fitness levels, never repeat and include set programming so you always have adequate recovery time. Because of this you’ll never overwork a muscle and we’re happy to report we’re a ZERO injury gym.

NOURISH

Fuel up with our “never-feels-like-a-diet framework” (meaning food you actually enjoy). Whether you love cooking or have never stepped foot in your kitchen - your customized meal plan is flavour-packed and full of options.

With a step-by-step ingredient list, your easy recipes will slide right into your new routine and your life!

The result: more energy, healthier nutrition, and the perfect fuel to support your fitness goals.

ACCOUNTABILITY

The reason most people fail in their fitness journey is due to a lack of accountability. We’ll pair you with a 1:1 accountability coach for support and encouragement throughout the 6 week program.

Understand and track progress to stay motivated and celebrate how far you’ve come with in-person assessments, weekly check-ins and Fit3D body scans. Strength, power, speed, agility, stamina, body composition, and measurements are easily tracked in your private app.

COMMUNITY

You’re never alone. From the Thrivers who are sweating alongside you at Bootcamps to the expert coaches. Your accountability is supercharged when you have a team of people who are there to support you, cheer you on, and smash goals together.

Opt-in to be paired with your own accountability partner to motivate, inspire, and give you the strength to reach your goals. Plus, they’ll be right there when you hit your new PB.

We both have a deep love of all things health, body and fitness. Combining our Kinesiology and Sports Psychology certifications with personal experiences (Alex as a mom and fitness model and JT a former professional athlete) we’ve helped over 10,000 Thrivers reach their ultimate fitness goals.
