How does the virtual challenge work?
Our virtual challenge allows you to participate in the 12-week fitness journey from the comfort of your own home or wherever you choose. You'll have access to our Video on Demand platform, which brings professionally programmed workouts directly to you. You’ll love the personalized meal plan and can engage with our online community for accountability and motivation. Just because you can’t come into the gym, doesn’t mean you can’t see results.
Do I need special equipment for the virtual workouts?
No, our workouts are designed to accommodate various fitness levels and equipment availability. Whether you have a fully equipped home gym or just a small workout space, we offer workout variations that cater to your situation. Minimal equipment or bodyweight exercises can be used, making it easy for everyone to participate.
I’m terrible at cooking/don’t know how to cook. Will I be able to complete the challenge?
We’ve heard (and seen) it all and have made ALL of the recipes incredibly easy to complete with step-by-step instructions and ingredients/shopping lists. You’ll go from microwaving your meals to mastering the art of a one-pan healthy meal in no time.
How do I connect with other participants in the virtual challenge?
You'll have access to our Private Facebook Community, where you can connect, share experiences, and build healthy competition with fellow participants from all over the world. Engage in discussions, celebrate achievements, and find support and motivation from this vibrant virtual community.
I’m already working out regularly- will this challenge be too basic for me?
…definitely not. Just like our workouts, your Challenge is based on YOUR baseline testing. We’ll set goals based on what you can do now, and smash goals along the way. If you keep succeeding, we’ll just raise that bar beyond your wildest dreams until that’s your baseline. (Believe us, we’re up for the challenge).
I’m scared about working out in a group setting: I’m recovering from an injury/recently had a baby!
A valid concern, which is why we love that our workouts are completely customizable with options depending on your fitness ability or injury concern. While you’re in a group, we have eyes on you at all times and will pair you with a coach for your first week of workouts.
I’m not sure I have the time this round- when is the next one happening?
We have multiple workouts a day to accommodate any schedule, 7 days a week. And we know you’re tired of feeling plateaued, exhausted, and lacking confidence- and are ready to level up your routine and transform your life.
