SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Thrive Active’s Social Media Manager will lead social media strategy, email marketing and content creation for all extensions of Thrive Active’s social. This person will balance innovative storytelling, purposeful messaging, brand strategy, and data-driven insights to curate a captivating, trailblazing, and unmistakably brand-forward social presence.

  What you'll do:

Define and deploy how Thrive Active’s brand comes to life on social media while maintaining Thrive Active’s strong brand identity. 

Develop and deploy forward-thinking and innovative social media strategies, campaigns, and content. 

Create a robust and strategic social content calendar that caters to brand goals and specific marketing objectives, evolving regularly based on performance and data insights. 

Daily meaningful engagement on Thrive Active’s platforms through commenting, sharing, reposting, and messaging. 

Develop and deploy email marketing strategies, campaigns and content to match brand objectives, goals and aesthetics (Platform: BrandBot).

  Who we're looking for:

 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, brand strategy, email marketing, and digital/social planning. 

  A degree or diploma in marketing, creative communications, copywriting, and/or graphic design is considered an asset.

A working knowledge of Adobe Suite is strongly preferred 

A working knowledge of the following platforms/software is considered an asset: BrandBot, Squarespace, Mariana Tek
  
Proven Track record developing social strategies and content that drive growth and engagement.
 
Experience creating and organizing workflows for social and content departments.

Experience managing, writing to, and elevating a brand voice.

Strong competitive knowledge of innovative brand and social practices.

Exceptional attention to detail and project management skills. Excellent planning, prioritizing and multitasking skills in a high volume work load environment. 
  
Ability to balance competing priorities, deadlines and multiple projects, while taking initiative and working independently and effectively while producing accurate and consistent results.
