Virtual 8-Week Challenge

New times call for new programs. We are putting a virtual twist on our regular challenges that we all know & love to bring you an 8 week virutal challenge that will have you staying connected, safe, and motivated all from your own home. We are talking LIVE Zoom Thrive Active workouts where your coaches will lead, demonstrate, give corrections, modifications and encouragement throughout each workout, meal planning tailored to your goals with those good good recipes you hear about and see on IG, a community Facebook group to stay connected, virtual workshops to work your mental muscles, weekly check-ins and weekly mini-challenges for even extra motivation and accountability. Workouts/

Challenge Versions

TO BEST SUIT YOUR BUDGET & NEEDS, WE HAVE THREE DIFFERENT CHALLENGE OPTIONS THAT YOU CAN SIGN-UP FOR:

  1. ZOOM LIVE + VOD ACCESS + WEEKLY COACHING CHECK-INS:

    • Unlimited access to our Zoom LIVE workouts where not only will you be able to see the trainer lead the class, but the trainer will be able to see you too (unless you’d rather turn your camera off of course)! This way, we can get as close to in-person bootcamps by giving you times where you have to schedule it in, stay held accountable to show up, and allow your trainers to give you added form feedback and encouragement throughout each class

    • VOD access to the ZOOM workouts so if you can’t make it to a live class, you can crush it on your own schedule

    • Weekly email check-ins where you email in a progress report of the week (questions will be given to you to fill out) where your Thrive Active coaches can give you added individualized support, help and accountability throughout the challenge

    • + all the other features of the challenge (ie. meal plans, workshops, support group and weekly challenges)

  2. ZOOM LIVE + VOD ACCESS

    • Unlimited access to our Zoom LIVE workouts where not only will you be able to see the trainer lead the class, but the trainer will be able to see you too (unless you’d rather turn your camera off of course)! POSSIBLE EQUIPMENT REQUIRED: dumbbells (or make shift), a bench (or chair) and a towel. When signing up for classes, the description of the class will let you know if you need any of these for the workout.

Meal Planning

INCLUDED:

  • Meal planning tailored to dietary restrictions, allergies and goals:

    Week 1: The reset plan – a whole foods meal plan filled with nutrient rich foods that will decrease bloating, aid digestion, reset your body’s food cravings, and increase your energy. But don’t worry, it’s nothing extreme and we won’t have you drinking nothing but juice all day!

    Week 2-8: Full meal program loaded with new Thrive Active spring and summer recipes

  • List of optional supplement recommendations and discounts on supplements

  • Grocery list of approved food substitutions


Accountability & Connection

You’re not doing this alone. Our private Facebook community will help keep you encouraged and connected through the challenge. Your coaches will also be here to support you, answer your questions and give you weekly challenges for extra motivation.


Workshops

Two virtual workshops will be offered throughout the challenge lead by Thrive Active’s Mental Health Consultant Sarah Rigby and Thrive Active owners Alex & JT. Workshop #1 focuses on maintaining positive mental health throughout the isolation period + in-depth goal setting for the next 8 weeks. Workshop #2 will be an in interactive in-depth reflection of the first half of the challenge. We will work together, reflect & revisit your goals as well as have a live discussion with Alex & JT where they will help you with things you’re struggling on with your fitness journey and answer any and all questions you may have.

Can’t make it to the live workshop? No problem. You’ll get the footage of the workshop and you can watch it at a later time!
